40 BELOW SUMMER Announces Reunion Show
July 18, 2010New Jersey's 40 BELOW SUMMER will reunite for a one-off concert on Saturday, October 2 at the Starland Ballroom in Sayreville, New Jersey. The band will perform its 2001 debut album, "Invitation to the Dance", in its entirety at the show, which will feature additional appearances by WITH DAGGERS DRAWN (featuring 40 BELOW SUMMER's Max Illidge on vocals and Joey D'Amico on guitar),GOD FORBID and DEAD MEN DREAMING.
40 BELOW SUMMER's previously out-of-print and much-sought-after debut, "Rain", was reissued in June 2007 via Crash Music. The album was re-released along with seven previously unreleased bonus demo tracks.
40 BELOW SUMMER's "The Last Dance" album on Crash Music featured nine tracks of demos and never-before-released tracks. The package also included a special bonus DVD that centered around the group's September 2005 show at the Starland Ballroom in New Jersey. The DVD featured the live concert, videos, plus various footage, including personal videos, backstage footage, and more.
